Propeller Double IPA will be available as its Spring seasonal beer starting tomorrow. The beer will be available at the Propeller Shop and as per Twitter also at Premier Wine & Spirits with availability at NSLC locations to follow shortly.
The beer is described as “a full bodied, American style Double India Pale Ale that is brewed with premium Pacific Northwest hops and a rich blend of 2-row Pale and Crystal malts”.
Quidi Vidi Iceberg Beer has become so popular that the brewery is paying double the regular amount (20 cents as opposed to the standard 10) for anyone returning the unique blue bottles to the brewery. Limited supply of the distinctive bottles actually caused production of the beer to be halted last Summer until the bottle supply could be replenished.
