    • Thank you Deb and we expect a lot of cross Canada touring of past friends and family as soon as Covid allows. You know where to find us… we will keep the beers cold, the food hot and the beds warm for your arrival. Thanks for leaving a comment Deb.

    • Thank you Vanessa for the kind words of encouragment and we expect you to walk through the doors and feel like you’re home. I hope we can all travel soon and especailly allow Newfoundlanders to “come home”.

  4. This is a old version of the apersand or & symbol. It was something that was around at the time of the development of this area of Newfoundland but has since been replaced with the more modern & symbol… our mandate is to connect some of the past to the modern present and so we have it in our logo…. if nothing else it’s a conversation starter over a beer or two…right??? Thanks for the opportunity to inform others who may be asking the same question.
